- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for those with a degree in Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, engineering, or program management is required for this role.
- Candidates should possess strong relationship management skills, particularly with commercial vehicle, off-road, marine, and industrial manufacturers.
- A proactive approach to networking and developing customer relationships is essential for success in this position.
- Familiarity with the commercial vehicle market and knowledge of electro-chemistry, batteries, and high-voltage electrical systems will be advantageous.
