- Tracking requirements progress metrics to ensure alignment with project timelines is a key responsibility of this role.

- A bachelor's degree is required for this position, indicating a foundational level of education in a relevant field.
- Candidates should have experience in requirements development within the automotive, aviation, or similar industries, showcasing their familiarity with the sector.
- A good understanding of requirements and systems engineering principles and guidelines, such as INCOSE or IREB, is essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency with requirements management tools like Polarion, Doors, or Codebeamer is necessary, highlighting the technical skills required.
- Experience working within an ASPICE-based process environment is preferred, indicating a need for knowledge of industry standards.
