- Familiarity with quality tools and material science, particularly with ferrous and non-ferrous metals, is important for success in this role.
- Exposure to brazing methods is preferred, indicating a background in relevant manufacturing processes.
- Professional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team.
