- A bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar qualification is essential for this role.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, simulations, and/or testing.
- Proficiency in internal management IT systems, including MS Office and experience with FEM/CFD simulation software, is required.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as APQP and FMEA, as well as quality systems according to ISO standards, is valued.
- Strong language skills in English are essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
