	- Experience in automotive electronics is highly preferred, particularly with a focus on environmental and durability requirements.
	- Proficiency in CAD applications, specifically NX or similar tools, is essential for success in this role.
	- Strong soft skills and a collaborative mindset are necessary, as the role involves mentoring less experienced team members.
