- The manufacturing engineer will be responsible for defining process flows, work methods, and operational activities for production staff.
- This role includes determining the necessary components and tools to meet production goals according to product specifications.
- The engineer will lead the implementation of manufacturing processes in collaboration with technicians and engineers from other areas.
- The position requires ensuring compliance with departmental metrics such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and scrap rates.
- The engineer will coordinate and follow up on annual reviews of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) as per the established program.

- The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- A successful applicant should possess intermediate English skills, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate in a bilingual environment.
- Experience in high-speed stamping and die-cutting processes is desirable, indicating a strong background in manufacturing engineering.
- The candidate should have project management experience, particularly in specifying and acquiring equipment for manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks is essential for this role.
