⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in Information Technology, demonstrating a strong background in IT service delivery.
- Proficiency in German and effective communication skills in English are essential, with additional European languages being a plus.
- The candidate should have experience in 2nd and 3rd level support, particularly in a multi-language environment, showcasing their technical troubleshooting skills.
- A strong focus on user satisfaction and the ability to build IT service relationships with customers at various levels is crucial for success in this role.
- Experience with Service Management tools, preferably Service NOW, and familiarity with ITIL principles will be beneficial.
