- The Human Resources Generalist/HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting a specific business area within BorgWarner Systems Engineering GmbH.
- This role serves as a point of contact for employees, managers, and the works council on all personnel-related issues at the Kirchheimbolanden location.
- The position is temporary, filling in for parental leave, and is to be filled immediately.
- Responsibilities include managing personnel recruitment in collaboration with department heads, negotiating and agreeing on contract terms.
- The role involves preparing, coordinating, and implementing compensation measures.
- Conducting personnel discussions regarding performance and behavioral issues is a key responsibility.
- The candidate will support administrative HR processes and be responsible for creating contracts and references.
- The position requires representing personnel measures to the works council, managers, and employees.
- Participation in HR projects is also expected.

- The ideal candidate will have a successfully completed university degree with a focus on human resources or a related field.
- A minimum of several years of relevant professional experience in personnel support is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of modern human resource management methods and tools is essential.
- Familiarity with labor and industrial relations law will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, is necessary.
- The candidate should demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and solution orientation.
