- The HR Intern will support the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. - Responsibilities include assisting with the recruitment process, such as posting job openings and scheduling interviews. - The intern will support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials. - Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases will be part of the role. - The intern will assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities. - Conducting research on HR best practices and contributing to policy development is expected. - The role includes providing administrative support to the HR team as needed.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role. - Excellent organizational and time management skills will help manage multiple tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. - The candidate must be detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team. - Fluency in both English and Turkish is necessary for effective communication within the workplace.
