- The Customer Quality Engineer will closely cooperate with clients, representing the company during audits, visits, and technical support sessions.
- Responsibilities include handling customer complaints using the 8D methodology and maintaining databases related to the complaint process.

- The engineer will supervise quality costs and address quality issues in both the production process and finished products.
- Participation in internal and external audits, including customer audits, is a key aspect of this position.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in quality management within a production environment, preferably in the automotive or electronics industry.
- Strong command of the English language is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with quality requirements specific to the automotive industry and OEM customers is crucial for success in this role.
- Proficiency in quality management tools such as Control Plan, Flow Diagram, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, 8D, and 5Why will be beneficial.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are necessary to address quality and operational issues effectively.
