✨ About The Role

- The Customer & Process Quality Engineer will be responsible for managing scrap and first-time pass (FTP) key performance indicators (KPIs). - This role involves ensuring that internal quality issues are resolved promptly in collaboration with various teams within the manufacturing plant. - The engineer will lead the Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and capability topics, especially when processes change. - The position requires assurance that customer-specific requirements are met within the Business Management System. - The engineer will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing data before final negotiations with customers regarding technical factors.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, particularly in process and customer quality management. - Experience in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for internal quality issues is essential. - A data-driven mindset is necessary for collecting and analyzing quality data to drive continuous improvements. - The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and facilitate audits. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to lead quality-related projects will be crucial for success in this role.
