- The Customer & Process Quality Engineer will be responsible for managing scrap and first-time pass (FTP) key performance indicators (KPIs).
- This role involves ensuring that internal quality issues are resolved promptly in collaboration with various teams within the manufacturing plant.
- The engineer will lead the Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and capability topics, especially when processes change.
- The position requires assurance that customer-specific requirements are met within the Business Management System.
- The engineer will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing data before final negotiations with customers regarding technical factors.
