- The role involves driving the expansion of eProduct development talent and capabilities for the EV DC Fast Charger product line.
- The engineer will collaborate with software engineers and PCB layout engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Responsibilities include conducting design, documentation, and design validation aligned with a rigorous engineering development process.
- The position requires guiding PCB layout engineers and ensuring compliance with BorgWarner's engineering development V cycle process.
- The engineer will serve as a product lead during prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and teardown throughout the product development and validation phases.

- The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 96 months of experience in automotive or industrial DC fast chargers for high voltage and high power systems is required.
- The candidate should have experience in product development and release, particularly in the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in developing high voltage high power topologies and components is essential.
- The successful individual will have a strong understanding of thermal management of electronics and electronic components.
