✨ About The Role
- The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for managing and reviewing monthly US GAAP closing activities.
- This role involves preparing statutory annual accounts in Italian GAAP and liaising with auditors for financial statement audits.

- The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably within an industry setting.
- A Master's Degree in Accounting, Management, or Finance is required for this position.
- Candidates with Big 4 experience will have an advantage in the selection process.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Italian GAAP is essential, along with a basic understanding of US GAAP.
- The successful applicant will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating a proactive approach to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian are mandatory for this role.
- The candidate should be a team player who can also work autonomously when required.
