- The role includes negotiating product pricing and commercial recovery strategies to ensure favorable outcomes for BorgWarner.
- Developing sales forecasts and monitoring market trends will be part of the responsibilities for monthly adjustments.
- The Account Manager will provide global coordination on customer issues as required and comply with contract review procedures.
- Comprehensive customer strategies will be developed and deployed to improve profitability and growth.
⚡ Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a technical and/or economics field is required, with a master's degree considered a plus.
- The ideal candidate will have experience and understanding of powertrain or cooling systems and components.
- A proactive attitude is essential, with the ability to work independently and achieve assigned tasks.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills are necessary, including the ability to present effectively to customers.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office is expected for this role.
