- The Staff Accountant II will prepare monthly AIA applications for construction draws and collaborate with project managers to ensure all relevant invoices are included.
- This role involves providing financial support to project managers and the operations team, requiring effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- The candidate will review and interpret EPC agreements related to projects and manage vendor/subcontractor relationships, including lien waivers.
- Responsibilities include assisting with year-end audits, managing accounts payable issues, and collaborating with the Project Finance team during financial closings.
- The position also requires completing bank reconciliations, managing accounts receivables, and recording payroll-related liabilities.
