- The Manager, Quality Assurance will represent Blue Ridge Power's quality program on job sites.
- This role involves overseeing the execution of site-specific Quality Plans and ensuring timely completion of quality assurance inspections.
- The position requires participation in daily meetings to coordinate activities with construction teams and other stakeholders.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and reporting nonconformance issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Training quality personnel and ensuring they receive all required training is a key responsibility of this role.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of verifiable quality assurance and/or construction experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing personnel is essential for this role.
- Strong leadership skills are necessary to effectively lead a team and work independently.
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required.
- The candidate should possess a clear understanding of OSHA safe workplace practices and procedures.
