- The Maintenance Engineer will be a key member of the start-up team for a new battery manufacturing facility.
- Responsibilities include optimizing current production processes and coaching plants in continuous improvement and lean concepts.

- The engineer will oversee preventive maintenance programs for battery manufacturing equipment.
- The position requires providing input on new equipment design and purchase, as well as supporting new model/equipment launches as needed.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in industrial or electrical/automation engineering.
- A successful candidate should possess 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a preference for stamping experience.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to optimize equipment programs.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role involves training both hourly and salaried team members.
- The candidate should be a self-starter, capable of taking ownership of projects and completing them with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility for significant travel during the initial plant start-up phase is required.
- The candidate must be willing to work remotely and in-person at temporary facilities as needed.
