✨ About The Role
- The Facilities / Utilities Supervisor will be a key member of the start-up team for a new battery manufacturing facility.
- Responsibilities include establishing and managing maintenance and repair plans and budgets for the facility.
- The role involves conducting daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly inspections of the facility to ensure safety and maintenance.
- The supervisor will manage facility investment performance and review construction drawings for modifications.
- The position requires oversight of operational safety inspections and compliance with PSM/ISO standards.
- The successful candidate will create a conducive work environment and build team capabilities within the organization.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A successful applicant will possess 3-5 years of relevant experience, particularly in utility equipment.
- The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills to quickly resolve issues through root cause analysis.
- Strong customer orientation and commitment to quality processes are essential for this role.
- The individual must be flexible and willing to travel significantly during the initial plant start-up phase.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively mentor and lead teams.
