- The Sr. Staff Application Engineer will be responsible for driving technical sales activities and developing customer relationships for distributed generation products. - This role involves creating conceptual designs and implementation specifications to demonstrate the feasibility of Bloom's energy solutions. - The engineer will support the sales team by providing technical expertise, writing bids and proposals, and overcoming customer technical objections. - The position requires defining customer requirements and establishing product specifications for tailored solutions. - The role may involve domestic and international travel to support sales objectives and customer engagements.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field from an accredited university or college. - A successful applicant will possess at least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing and support role, demonstrating strong technical sales capabilities. - The candidate should have a background in power generation technology, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in areas such as gas turbines, battery storage, or renewable energy sources. - Strong collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills are essential for navigating complex technical sales environments. - Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills, is required to effectively engage with diverse customers.
