- The intern will actively collaborate on the success of projects related to material engineering.
- Responsibilities include ensuring the compliance of materials upon arrival at the construction site.
- The intern will conduct tests and monitoring according to standards to guarantee the longevity of structures being renovated or constructed.
- The role involves reporting any discrepancies in material implementation through non-conformity memos and writing site reports for each intervention.
- The intern will calibrate site equipment to ensure accuracy in measurements and results.
- Adherence to health and safety measures and environmental protection protocols is mandatory.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a DEC in civil engineering, forestry, mineralogy, metallurgy, or a related field.
- A good command of French is essential, and knowledge of English is considered an asset.
- The candidate should be capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of an ASP construction card is required for this role.
- The candidate must be able to lift loads of up to 25 kg and be available to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are necessary, as travel to remote job sites may be required.
