✨ About The Role
- The Senior Project Manager - Highways will manage Highway Design projects in Ontario.
- They will lead a team of engineers, designers, and consultants to meet MTO requirements.
- The role involves maintaining project budgets, schedules, and risk registers while communicating with project stakeholders.
- The candidate will lead technical proposals for highway design pursuits and ensure all deliverables meet client requirements.
- They will also maintain required quality system standards and support workplace health and safety policies.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree and be licensed as a P.Eng. in Ontario.
- They should possess expert-level highway engineering knowledge recognized by the Ministry of Transportation Ontario.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in provincial highway design multidisciplinary projects is required.
- The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience recognized as a Project Manager by MTO.
- Proven expertise with AutoCAD, OpenRoads, and other relevant industry-standard tools is essential.
