✨ About The Role
- The Senior Project Controls Manager will establish, monitor, and manage the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and collate KPIs and progress data related to time, cost, risk, change, and quality.
- The role involves developing and implementing an appropriate performance measurement system such as earned value management and integrating it into periodic reporting.
- The candidate will chair and facilitate project-level change forums and ensure all choices are enacted within the change control system and toolsets.
- Leading periodic and ad-hoc reporting, taking ownership for its quality, accuracy, and robustness, is a key responsibility.
- The role requires close collaboration with Planning, cost management, and risk functions to improve and sustain operating policies, procedures, and processes.

- The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge and proven hands-on experience of leading project controls functions within large, complex infrastructure or construction projects.
- A strong aptitude to supervise schedule, cost, risk, reporting, and change management activities is essential for success in this role.
- Experience in functional leadership of a Project Controls team and delivering results within a large-scale project environment is highly valued.
- The candidate should possess the ability to manage stakeholders and information flow in a matrix environment, working horizontally across business areas and vertically to senior levels of management.
- Knowledge of transport, energy, major infrastructure, or construction projects, specifically surrounding client and consultancy, is important.
