- The Project Manager will manage Highway Construction Administration projects in Ontario, acting as CA and overseeing other CAs and inspectors.
- They will coordinate project staff and sub-consultants to deliver CA services and provide leadership within the Ontario civil engineering practice.
- The role includes pursuing business development and leading proposal preparation for highway engineering and other CA projects.
- Mentoring and guiding a team of construction administration site staff to ensure high-quality work that meets MTO requirements is a key responsibility.
- The candidate will embrace behavior-based safety and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and legislation.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong credentials as a Construction Administrator for Ontario Provincial Highway projects.
- They should have proven credibility with the Ministry of Transportation, Ontario (MTO) and a comprehensive understanding of MTO processes, standards, and procedures.
- A valid P.Eng. license in Ontario and approval by MTO in RAQS is essential for this role.
- The candidate must have a working knowledge of highway design, permit processes, and construction laws and regulations in Ontario.
- Proficiency in Construction Management System tools and standard engineering office software is required.
