- The Program Scheduler will manage project schedules and ensure accurate, realistic, and logical planning throughout the project lifecycle.
- Responsibilities include evaluating schedule impacts from proposed changes and identifying schedule conflicts.
- The role involves maintaining integration with the master program schedule and collaborating with other program schedulers.
- Schedule reporting and critical path analysis will be part of the job, in line with the program's reporting requirements.
- The position requires undertaking schedule quality assurance and peer reviews, as well as supporting the QSRA process.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Scheduler, with at least 5 years as an Intermediate Scheduler.
- A recognized degree in engineering or a relevant discipline is essential for this role.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required, along with experience in creating complex Work Breakdown Structures.
- Strong communication skills are necessary, particularly in leading scheduling workshops and planning sessions.
- Familiarity with schedule quality assurance tools and experience in Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) will be beneficial.
