✨ About The Role
- The Principal Process Engineer will focus on delivering projects in the chemical and fine chemical industry.
- Responsibilities include leading and developing process deliverables in Concept Design and Basic Design.
- The role involves creating various process diagrams such as PBD, PFD, and P&ID.
- The engineer will perform mass and energy balances and calculate utilities demand for each process step.
- Collaboration with other discipline engineers and reviewing deliverables for compliance is required.
- The position may involve supporting site construction work as needed.
- The engineer will also assist the Business Development team with new RFPs and proposal preparation.

- The ideal candidate will have a degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a lead process engineer in the Fine Chemical industry is essential.
- The candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in various chemical or industrial projects.
- Experience in leading process design for fine chemical processes or new technology processes is required.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with other disciplines.
- The candidate should be able to work independently and lead a team while being a team player.
- Experience working with foreign investor companies in China is a plus.
