✨ About The Role
- The OSM Engineer will be responsible for owning, executing, and delivering the OSM (QA/QC) Scope of Work on assigned projects.
- The role involves close collaboration with program managers and project managers to meet project objectives, including safety, cost, and schedule targets.
- The engineer will define project OSM scope and develop execution strategies and plans.
- Responsibilities include overseeing all OSM activities from pre-construction planning to site installation and commissioning.
- The position requires managing general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers related to OSM, ensuring alignment and progress monitoring.

- The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in OSM or module engineering development is required.
- Experience in pre-fabrication, pre-assembly, offsite manufacturing, and offsite construction is essential.
- Familiarity with high-tech industrial infrastructure, particularly in semiconductor facilities, is preferred.
- The candidate should have a strong background in managing complex engineering projects and teams.
