- The Operations Support Analyst II will process purchase orders and change requests in SAP following standard operating procedures.
- The role involves providing status updates on change order requests by creating and updating reports within Excel.
- The analyst will work with various teams, including project controls, procurement, and finance, to expedite and trace purchase/change order status.
- Responsibilities include performing change order request reviews in accordance with the client's approval process and monitoring the status of invoices for the project.
- The position requires validating vendor invoicing in accordance with contracts and preparing change order logs.

- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, construction management, or supply chain management is required, or equivalent practical work experience.
- Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a progressively responsible administrative role.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
- Knowledge of business administration practices and procedures, including finance and accounting, is important.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Teams, is necessary.
- Experience in the consulting engineering industry is preferred.
