- A member of the Law Society of Ontario in good standing is essential for this role.
- The successful candidate must possess the ability to acquire and maintain federal government security clearance.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required to effectively communicate legal advice and support.
- The candidate should have extensive knowledge and understanding of federal employment and labor laws, particularly the Canada Labour Code.
