- The candidate should be responsible, hardworking, and self-motivated to meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, Lumion, SketchUp, and InDesign is required.
- Experience with additional software like Rhino or Revit would be advantageous.
- A good command of written and spoken English is necessary, with Mandarin and Cantonese being a plus.
- Overseas exposure is considered an advantage for this role.
