- The Engineering Process Improvement Lead will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements across various Engineering departments.
- This role involves performing current state process mapping and assessing processes for adherence to policies and procedures.
- The candidate will create and maintain gap analysis detail reporting and design future state processes.
- Leading cross-functional teams to execute process improvement projects is a key responsibility, with the potential to manage up to 20 staff.
- The position requires monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of implemented changes and providing training and support to staff on new processes.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering design or a similar role is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is crucial for success in this role.
