✨ About The Role

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. - A minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering design or a similar role is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in process improvement. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying and implementing process improvements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to lead cross-functional teams effectively. - Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is crucial for success in this role.
