- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for a master's degree.
- A Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) status is preferred, indicating a high level of professional competence.
- Candidates should possess 7-10 years of experience in structural engineering, particularly in railway projects.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and familiarity with construction contracts and industry standards will be advantageous.
