✨ About The Role
- The Engineering Director will be responsible for delivering internal engineering work for the Cernavoda 3 and 4 New Build and Monark development program.
- This role requires a short-term relocation to the Buenos Aires office for an assignment of 18-24 months.
- The director will oversee the technical integration and interface control within various technical groups in the Buenos Aires office.
- The position involves ensuring that qualified staff are assigned to projects based on their experience and skills.
- The director will review and approve key technical documentation and ensure deliverables meet customer requirements and nuclear standards.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a university degree in an applicable field of engineering or science.
- A minimum of 15 years of applicable engineering experience is required, including experience prior to engineering management roles.
- The candidate should be a Registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario or eligible to obtain such registration within 6 months of hiring.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills are essential for the development of team members and support staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective client interaction and conflict resolution.
