- The ideal candidate should possess a relevant Honours degree in engineering from a recognized university.
- Candidates should have between 3 to 5 years of working experience in mechanical assembly, testing, or repair of nuclear inspection tooling and shop equipment.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
