- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
- The ideal candidate will possess 0-2 years of professional experience in a civil engineering technical field.
- Basic computer skills are essential, particularly in data entry into spreadsheets or databases.
- Strong math skills for performing simple calculations and a willingness to learn are important traits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation are preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
