✨ About The Role
- The role involves leading the successful delivery of major multi-disciplinary design projects from concept through construction and final handover.
- The Associate Director will be responsible for identifying project objectives and developing strategies to achieve them.
- They will manage potential contractual and commercial risks while identifying opportunities for the business.
- The position requires building and motivating a project team, facilitating communication, and ensuring effective information flow with clients and subcontractors.
- The role includes assembling and owning the project delivery programme and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for optimal cash flow.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have several years of multi-disciplinary infrastructure project delivery experience, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- A strong background in managing design and/or construction for large infrastructure projects is essential.
- The successful individual will be a Chartered Engineer, Architect, or Project Manager with demonstrable experience.
- They should possess a recognized level of competence in Project Management, such as APM PMQ or equivalent.
- Familiarity with various forms of construction contracts, particularly NEC3 or 4, is important for this role.
