✨ About The Role
- The role involves leading the successful delivery of major multi-disciplinary design projects from concept through construction and final handover.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing project objectives, risks, and opportunities.
- The position requires building, motivating, and guiding a project team towards effective problem-solving and decision-making.
- The role includes facilitating communication and coordination with clients, subcontractors, and partners.
- The candidate will be responsible for assembling and owning the project delivery program and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have several years of multi-disciplinary infrastructure project delivery experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- A successful applicant will be a Chartered Engineer, Architect, or Project Manager with demonstrable experience managing design and/or construction on large infrastructure projects.
- The candidate should possess a recognized level of competence in Project Management, such as APM PMQ or equivalent.
- Familiarity with various forms of construction contracts, particularly NEC3 or 4, is essential.
- The individual should have experience with BIM and 3D modeling tools for design and coordination purposes.
