✨ About The Role
- The Associate Director will be responsible for the leadership and successful delivery of major multi-disciplinary design projects from concept through construction and final handover.
- This role involves identifying and managing potential contractual and commercial risks while also recognizing opportunities for growth.
- The successful candidate will lead a project team, motivating and guiding them towards effective problem-solving and decision-making.
- Effective communication and coordination with clients, subcontractors, and partners are crucial for project success.
- The role includes assembling and owning the project delivery program and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for optimal cash flow.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have several years of multi-disciplinary infrastructure project delivery experience, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- A strong background in managing design and/or construction on large infrastructure projects is essential.
- The successful individual will be a Chartered Engineer, Architect, or Project Manager with demonstrable experience.
- They should possess a recognized level of competence in Project Management, such as APM PMQ or equivalent.
- Familiarity with various forms of construction contracts, particularly NEC3 or 4, is important for this role.
