- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques, including Scope Definition papers and Risk Registers, is essential.
- The candidate should possess experience in managing small to medium-sized design projects, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality objectives.
- A solid understanding of BIM and 3D modeling tools for design and coordination is required.
