- Candidates should have a good academic background with a degree, ideally at the MSc level or equivalent.
- The ideal candidate will be close to submitting chartership in civil or structural engineering.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical skills are essential for developing and leading tunnelling design teams.
- Proven post-graduation experience, particularly with an engineering design company, is required.
- Knowledge of advanced constitutive soil models and experience with numerical modelling software is highly beneficial.
