- The Work Planning and Control Program Manager will lead the WPC Program Office, supervising a team of approximately five individuals.

- The position requires acting as a WPC champion and communication lead with Lab leadership, focusing on customer service and process improvements.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, ES&H, or a related technical field, along with 15 years of relevant work experience.
- They should possess significant experience in integrated Safety Management and work planning and control, demonstrating a strong ability to manage teams effectively.
- The successful individual will have advanced interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, enabling them to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in high-demand, fast-paced environments is essential, showcasing critical thinking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- The candidate should have a record of progression and achievement in project management, process design, and process improvement.
