✨ About The Role

- The Senior Research Engineer will lead research efforts in the industrial and building decarbonization portfolio, focusing on end-use applications.
	- Responsibilities include developing a research portfolio focused on heat pumps and low-carbon fuels for industrial equipment.
	- The role involves performing and guiding experimental research and setting up state-of-the-art laboratories for testing.
	- The candidate will also perform computational fluid dynamics (CFD) research and improve existing computational tools.
	- Cultivating relationships with external stakeholders to secure funding and establish collaborative research initiatives is a key aspect of the job.
                            

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in a relevant field such as mechanical or chemical engineering.
	- A minimum of 7 years of experience in leading or conducting research in industrial and building decarbonization technologies is essential.
	- The candidate should have a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary research teams and delivering impactful research outcomes.
	- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
