✨ About The Role
- The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new sales in the Southern California market.
- This role involves providing customer support for existing users of the company's products.
- The position requires regular in-person visits to existing customers and developing a weekly sales call plan.
- The Sales Representative will document all sales activities and provide weekly and monthly reports.
- Up to 70% day travel and up to 25% overnight travel is expected in this role.

- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- The ideal candidate should possess at least three years of experience in technical sales and/or marketing.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
- The candidate should have a good understanding of the construction process and project delivery phases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
