✨ About The Role
- The Supply Chain Planner will manage, review, and maintain the material schedule according to the business plan.
- This role involves forecasting and reporting on current and projected material availability, including raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods.
- The planner will also forecast and report on current and projected spending and purchase price variance (PPV).
- The position requires creating and analyzing "what-if" scenarios to support strategic business planning.
- Managing inventory levels to avoid production disruptions and identifying risks to escalate to management is a key responsibility.
- The planner will lead cross-functional clear-to-build processes and ensure that demand, supply, and inventory align with the business plan.
- Continuous improvement of internal processes and systems to enhance organizational value and efficiency is expected.

- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or Operations is required for this role.
- The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience managing MRP schedules in ERP/MES driven environments.
- Experience in the automotive or high-volume industry is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical and computer skills are essential for success in this position.
- The candidate should be results-oriented and metrics-driven, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- A solid understanding of supply chain network optimization and capacity planning is necessary.
- The successful individual will be a strong team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
