✨ About The Role

- The Senior Manufacturing Program Manager will be responsible for project performance of critical work packages for Archer's eVTOL aircraft. - This role involves driving progress and execution of various projects, requiring close coordination with multiple departments including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. - The manager will act as the primary interface for project deliverables and will escalate issues to commercial or technical partners as needed. - Responsibilities include developing project schedules, tracking milestone progress, and managing risks and issues to closure. - The role requires preparing and presenting project reports and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.

- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field is required, with equivalent industry experience considered. - Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within the automotive or aerospace field. - Strong project management experience is essential, along with analytical capabilities to identify and optimize project timelines. - The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated skills in supplier operational and relationship management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build and maintain relationships across various teams.
