- The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to influence the development of a new eVTOL aircraft.
- Responsibilities include assisting with aircraft builds for electrical components, interiors, and structural assemblies.
- The role involves supporting the Test Aircraft shop floor through Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates will conduct process failure mode and analysis (PFMEA) for the production system and support first unit builds and inspections.
- The position requires developing specifications for tooling and automated equipment for the Manufacturing Tooling Team.

- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry, demonstrating a strong background in manufacturing engineering.
- A preferred bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering is essential for this role.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of AS9100 requirements and experience working under an FAA Production Certificate.
- Experience with composite material layup and final assembly is crucial, along with proficiency in using shop tools and calibrated aerospace tooling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to thrive in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
