✨ About The Role

- The Quality Engineering Intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Logistics, and Manufacturing, to achieve production and certification goals. - The intern will assist with Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and control plan development as part of the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methodology. - Hands-on hardware activities will include visual and dimensional inspections of in-process and finished goods using calibrated measurement tools. - The intern will document and investigate product nonconformances (NCRs) and prepare detailed reports. - Participation in root cause analysis and support for corrective action development for identified defects will be part of the responsibilities.

- The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a degree program related to Engineering, such as Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. - A successful applicant will possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, which are crucial for quality engineering tasks. - Effective communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams. - The candidate should be proactive and capable of independently driving tasks to completion, demonstrating initiative and responsibility. - Familiarity with data analysis software, such as Microsoft Office suite and Power BI, will be beneficial for this role.
