- The Operations Finance Manager will oversee and manage the company's total aircraft product costing efforts as the company scales its manufacturing capabilities.
- This role involves leading forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for operations-related expenses, including COGS and manufacturing costs.
- The manager will support month-end and quarter-end financial close processes related to COGS, inventory, and manufacturing variances.
- Analyzing product costing, overhead absorption, and cost variance trends to drive operational efficiencies will be a key responsibility.
- The role requires developing robust financial models to analyze production efficiency, cost trends, and operational performance within a manufacturing plant.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with a master's degree or CPA/CMA being a strong plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Operations/Manufacturing Finance function is highly preferred, showcasing a strong background in financial modeling and cost analysis.
- The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, organizational, presentation, and communication skills, enabling them to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in cost accounting principles and proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP S4 Hana, will be essential for this role.
