✨ About The Role

- The Manufacturing Program Manager will be responsible for the project performance of work packages critical to the success of Archer's eVTOL aircraft. - This role involves close coordination with various departments, including Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality. - The manager will develop project schedules, track milestone progress, and manage risks, issues, and opportunities in partnership with functional leads. - Regular communication with stakeholders is required to provide updates on project milestones, risks, and issues. - The role includes preparing and presenting project reports and performance metrics to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

âš¡ Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates with a degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. - Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within the automotive or aerospace industry. - Strong project management skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze and optimize engineering and supply chain timelines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. - The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and be able to adapt to constant changes.
