✨ About The Role
- The Director, APAC Sales COO will lead the business management function within the Institutional Client Group (ICG).
- This role involves strategic planning and execution of business plans for institutional fundraising in the APAC region.
- The individual will oversee team initiatives and projects aimed at optimizing the sales model and achieving sales excellence.
- Coordination with marketing to manage content and client engagement at conferences and events is a key responsibility.
- The role includes tracking business and individual KPIs and assisting in performance management of the broader sales team.

- The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of prior fundraising and/or investment experience, preferably within a traditional or alternative asset management firm.
- A sound understanding of alternatives, particularly private credit and equity, is essential for success in this role.
- The individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate and manage senior stakeholder relationships both regionally and globally.
- A proactive and hands-on approach is necessary, along with high energy and drive to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment.
- The candidate should exhibit a strong compliance culture and commitment to adhere to internal compliance policies.
