- The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing with the New York State Bar Association.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant legal experience in corporate finance is essential, preferably gained at a top-tier law firm or financial institution.
- The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of financing documents and the dynamics of liability management.
- Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
